1990-1993 models: Hold Compression release in. Kick 5-6 times NO throttle. Then, still holding compression release, kick 5-6 times FULL throttle. Let off Compression release and slowly kick until it pops out, return to top of kick stroke and kick full. Starts mine the first time every time!

Here's something you can try. Might or might not work. Take out the spark plug and put in some "Marvel Mystery Oil". Let it sit for a day or so, then try to work the engine back and forth to break it loose. I did it with a car and it worked after about three days.

Yes it will. All cylinders from 92 to 01 are interchangeable just take note what type piston to use as some heads will need a dome type piston (i think its up to 95 they used a dome) & 1996 onwards they used a flat top piston
