Some dune buggies do have them. For them to be street legal, they need to have some sort of windshield, with a wiper. For offroad use, you do not need to have one. They usually do not have them because they are not needed, and do very little. Most buggy owners just wear goggles or safety glasses instead of the hassle of a windshield.
Squeeze it with fingers! It must be strong enough to not let you do this.
The critical thing is that you must have pressure enough so that when you ride the tire won't get entirely squashed between the ground and the rim. If you can feel the rim touching the ground you need to pump them harder.
A boost bottle catches the mixture of oil, petrol and air, that has been forced back in to the carburetor, preventing it from getting to much fuel and not enough air.
Becouse a two-stroke engine will push back a little of the mixture in to the carburetor, and then it will get more fuel added, so you will end up with to much fuel, and not enough air, so the combustion won't be perfect, the boostbottle will catch the returning mixture before it get's more fuel in it, and then it will release it back in to the cylinder, ensuring a better combustion.
This will increase performance, and safe fuel.
The drain plug is a large one, slightly to the rear of the center of the engine. When you remove it, be careful not to lose the screen, spring, and o-ring inside of it. Clean the screen and plug in gasoline or other solvent, being careful with the o-ring (some solvents will eat rubber).
Coat the o-ring with clean oil. Refill on the right side of the motor, being careful not to overfill.
The "cylinder jug" is the cylinder. This is the area that the piston and piston rings moves up and down in when the engine is turning.
I have a 1950/1 Airone Sport and understand from the Moto Guzzi GB club that the manuals/parts lists were not available in English. Sorry.
If you find out different please let me know. barry@shifta.co.uk.

I had the same problem, but then I looked at the rear tires, the one on the right ( same side the chain is in ) was closer to the front of the four wheeler than the other tire. Then I lifted the rear of the quad and it was because my rear bearings were gone and needed to be replaced, which would pull the rear tires back in line tightening the chain.
Hi, the key code on on the alloy block the key barrel fits into. the block is held on by 2 allen bolts, remove these and take the ign switch block out. when you look at the block you will see a square pin on the side of the block and around that surface you will find the 4 digit pin. i suggest you use paint stripper to remove the paint if the number is not visable. DO NOT USE ANY WIRE BRUSHES, just some q-tips and a rag.

first of all learn how to spell.
Anyone with half a brain could tell it is a four stroke. A two stroke mixes the oil and the gas and a 4 stroke keeps them separate. A four stroke sounds much deeper than a two stroke. you should know this. Ever heard a banshee? that's what a two stroke sounds like.
The stock adjustment for the Polaris 500 Ranger carburetor is approximately 1/8 turn off of the locked position. The adjustment changes slightly depending on altitude and weather.Ê
there is a metal called "Titanium"
the muffler you saw was made of that metal which changes colors when it gets hot.
It's very strong yet very light weight.
Obviously an advantage for a motorcycles performance.
