Remove wires going to the alternator (make sure to hold the stud when loosening the lock nut or you will crack the plastic insulator, which may ruin the alternator)
Remove lower and upper bolts holding the alternator to the engine
Pull alternator out through wheel well opening behind the strut.
Install in reverse order.
