Nebraska is located in the Great Plains, and is in what we call America's breadbasket. Lots of corn (maize), soybeans, wheat, oats and barley are grown there. We also find a lot beef and pork produced there as the open land and the availability of feed makes it a natural choice.
Nebraska has an average annual precipitation of around 560 millimetres (22.2 inches), although there is a steady gradient from around 760 millimetres (30 inches) in the southeast to around 375 millimetres (15 inches) in the western Sand Hills.
Most of this precipitation is rain, though in Omaha there is typically around 68 centimetres (26 inches) of snowfall, which equates to 50 millimetres (2 inches) of rain and leaves around 710 millimetres or 28 inches of actual rainfall. In western Nebraska there is a similar amount of snow but substantially less rain - as little as 315 millimetres (12.5 inches) of actual rainfall in the northwest.
The total distance is 769 miles. The journey would take about 12 hours and 20 minutes.
there is about 21 hours travel between the two places

This is a common US commemorative stamp.
If you want to buy just one it will probably cost you from 10 to 25 cents at a stamp store.
If you want to order it by mail, you would have to pay postage and handling in addition.
Dealers get them as part of larger lots for almost nothing per stamp- say 65% face if mint and
1/2 cent if used.
It is the kind of stamp I use on letters if unused or give to kids if used.

Yes... Omaha is the most racist city I have ever had the misfortune of living in. African Americans and people of Hispanic decent have been forced to live in dilapidated houses on the north and south sides of the city. It is rare that you see a minority working in the private sector doing more than manual labor. We have schools in the same school district. One school issues laptops to their students and the other is using 30 year old textbooks that the students have to share. We have police and businesses violating minority rights with no lawyers that will represent them in court.
