well sorry i don't know how to make your NERF gun shoot paper but i know how to make the bullets sting
first you will need a Lego set
you take to stick bit off the bullet and you load it with those circle eyes things
stick them down with a pencil but make sure that the one or 2 are up the top 4 of them work better
but don't put the stick bit back on and make sure the Lego bits are facing the target
this will only sting if goes on bear skin

No the nerf shot blast is not battery powered. On the bottom right it has a manual reload system that is much like the nerf dart gun raider or alpha trooper. The reload system is easy to use and is NOT battery powered.

Can you use Nerf ammo on Nerf's big bad bow?
This depends on the type of ammunition. If you are referring to Whistler Darts/Micro Darts, then no. The Big Bad Bow is the last in the line of arrow-firing blasters, and so it fires arrows and not the typical darts you see in every store. It is, with some simple modifications, compatible with them however.
