How much kilojoules is a Nutella sandwich?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

You would need to check the packaging of every item in the sandwich, figure out how much of each item you're using, and then add it all up. There is absolutely no one calorie total for all sandwiches. If you add butter, margarine, mayonnaise, or other highly fatty spread it will of course have more calories than if you leave those off.

Nutella vs peanut butter which is better for youeanut?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

Depending on your body's needs, either marmite or peanut butter is better for you. Marmite is high in sodium, but low in fat (and calories). On the other hand, peanut butter is very high in fat. That's not necessarily a bad thing; it also has a very low rating on the Glycemic Index. That means it keeps you full for longer. The body needs fat to survive. Basically, taken in moderation, nothing is that bad for you.

Nutella Vs Chocolate - which is more healthy and why?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

Peanut butter, even the brands which contain added sugar and salt, is far better for you than Nutella, which is extremely high in sugar. In fact, Nutella's main ingredient is sugar, followed by fat.

It contains around 13 per cent hazelnuts, far less nut content than any peanut butter, which contains 80 to 90 per cent or more of peanuts.

Nutella also contains a little cocoa powder and skimmed milk powder, though not sufficient to allow the product to be called chocolate cream. It's marketed in some places as hazelnut cream, though it contains no cream.

Along with sugar-heavy breakfast cereals, Nutella is one of the least nutritionally-valuable products with a marketing base oriented towards children and, by progression, also bought as an adult snack.

Nutella is also very expensive per serving compared with, say, a bar of genuine hazelnut chocolate. You are paying hugely for advertising costs, to keep you brand-oriented towards the product.

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

Apple cider vinegar improves digestion especially in metabolizing proteins. It enhances the action of hydrochloric acid (HCL - which deminishes with age) and digestive enzymes. Digestion begins in the mouth where the apple cider vinegar stimulates the acid receptors on the tongue to produce saliva that begins the breakdown of carbohydrates.
