I had this problem when I was your age. Some tips I have. Add protein powder shakes to your diet, they will add calories and help build muscle mass instead of just fat. I like to mix the protein powder with v-8 because it doesn't affect the texture much.
Also try to eat something right before you go to bed your body will convert any calories you take in then to fat because it can't use them while you are asleep
