To be an obstetrician/gynecologist, a medical degree from an accredited medical schol such as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree, Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree, or a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS/MBChB) degree is required.
