Then you apply to a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and after acceptance, there is an additional 4 years of specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Some will also sub-specialize after this (gynecologic surgery, for example) after that (apply again); this is called a fellowship and can last from 1 to 3 more years.

those instruments what are necessary for usual medical check up + instruments for specific check up for woman, who would give birth.

most importants are:

delivary table/bed, gynaecological table for examination, monitors for the mother and the fetus, ultrasonogram (3D Doppler, Videoson), oxygen supplying set, a standard opetration theatre with all facilities, chamber for immature baby or baby in problem. forceps, vacuum extractor, weight tray for the baby...and many more.
