Can having fever on ovulation day effect ovulation if yes how?
I have been through pre-planned pregnancy book and it works. The 1st day after your period starts you should begin to take your temp. vaginally. It will go up and down a little but when you get around the 11th day watch closely. You should graph all this on a graph paper. You probably will get three or more days that are really close in temperature then it will drop and that is the day you are most suseptible to getting pregnant. You do not have sex for the low temperature days. The book says seven days is all you need to say no for. When your temp rises again it is safe for coital relations again for the rest of the month. If you get sick with a temperature at the time that you usually no when you ovulate. You might have an accident. If the temperature stays you should see a Dr. If you don't have regular periods. Keeping track of that day where the temperature goes down from previous months will give you a clue of when it is safe to resume normal coitus. A mans sperm in your body can live up to 72 hrs. That is why when my temperature went up and didn't peak down, I knew I was pregnant. If I was ill, I would wait to have coitus until the last part of my monthly cycle. This is a great method. Not only do you find out when you are most likely to conceive but also when you most likely won't. There are far more people who teach classes and hand out instructional tapes, videos and books that have much more knowledge then me. I called a Catholic Hospital and asked if they taught the rythem method because I didn't want to take the pill and an IUD they found allows the sperm and the egg to reach each other but then disposis of it in your period. I guess there are new IUD's that don't do that but hey we all need a honeymoon and saying no for 7 days gives you one every month. This method has worked for both my sisters and me and countless other people who like to be more natural. It is not just for Catholics. It also helps people who want a baby to know when they are most likely to conceive and also to know if your early in a pregnancy. The book is called, "Planned Parenthood" If your sick and have a temp either refrain or use a contraceptive method that month. I really hope this helped but check with your Dr.
Do cramps and red spotting during ovulation be a sign of pregnancy?
Mild cramps and spotting for 1-2 days usually occurs during implantation which occurs approximately 6-8 days after ovulation. Cramps during ovulation are perfectly normal and some spotting can occur if there has been any changes in birth control or hormonal imbalances or rough sex. Since ovulation is when you are fertile and can conceive it is highly doubtful that cramps and spotting is due to pregnancy. Any abnormalities should be reported to a gyn and you should go in for an exam if this continues or if the cramps get worse. You want to be able to catch something early if there are any abnormalities.
my advice would be to wait roughly 3 weeks after you have had unprotected sex to try a home pregnancy test. if it is positive you have your answer. if the test reads negative dont worry about it wait another week and take another
I would have to say no because the hormones in a woman's body operate very differently when they are on birth control than when they are not. Oftentimes, the woman will experience birth control withdrawl for the first few months after ceasing the contraceptive. The body will need time to regulate itself naturally again without relying on the same balancing effect on the hormones the contraceptives provided. For example, after being on a contraceptive for eight years, I stopped taking them after I got married. My next menses was a horrible experience. I had not experienced a period like that before. However, each proceeding month, my symptoms got better. Now, my body is finally getting back to a somewhat normal cycle. I did have normal cycles also while I was taking the contraceptives. I do not think I will ever go back on contraceptives after the experience I had of withdrawing from them.
preg tests are not always accurate. the best thing you can do is go to the doctor and have them test you if you are 5 weeks late then more than likely they can tell in the office... Correction: You are probably pregnant a similar thing happened to me. My doctor told me that I am probably pregnant that for some reason some women don't show up positive on pregnancy tests (blood test or HPT) and others can still have periods while in fact pregnant. Pregnancy tests are not an exact science keep that in mind. Good Luck.
it is just something that happens naturally it is caused by hormone telling it to happen
Is it normal to have bleeding that was present only in one trip to the bathroom during ovulation?

How do you know when you are ovulating without taking an ovulation test?
A woman ovulates half-way through her cycle. For example, if your cycle is every 28 days (meaning if you start your period every 28 days), then two weeks (14 days) after you started your period would be when you are ovulating. If your cycle is 32 days, then you would be ovulating 16 days after you began your period. You may also experience mild cramping (sort of like the ending of your period) and a discharge with no odor, which is normal. Some women tend to have a higher and longer sex drive around the ovulating time. Try not to wear a pantyliner since it can increase the possibility of bacteria or yeast infections.
When would someone ovulate if her period is every 21 days?
You have your period a fixed 14 days after you ovulate. So if a woman has her period every 21 days, she ovulates on 21-14=7...the 7th day after the 1st day of her period.
How can you tell the difference between ovulation and gas pain?
sometimes you feel a cramp real quick on one side of your pelvis, and usually gas is in the stomach also this might be gross but if you can stretch your mucus you are ovulating and if it just breaks as u separate it, a couple more days and you will be fertile.
What causes a foul cheesy smell in a woman's body?
I always thought there was something fishy about that myself but you have brought up a new area. My question is: In what part of her body are you sniffing?
No you shouldn't be having severe or uncomfortable pain. Abdominal cramping is normal during pregnancy providing it isn't severe or very uncomfortable. See your Doctor for a check up.
A few days after ovulation you got a yeast infection could you be pregnant?
You could be. But the yeast infection would not be a result of being pregnant. Yeast infections after ovulation could be a result of high estrogen levels.
This sounds like pregnancy. Sometime, the pregnancy hormone is not concentrated in high enough levels to be read by a home pregnancy test. Many store bought tests are not sensitive enough to detect an early pregnancy, no matter what they say on their box. You can wait another week or so and test again or go to your doctor for a test. Their test can detect pregnancy in the earliest of stages. Good luck!
I've found that the cervical mucus doesn't lie. If you had clear, egg white, stretchy cervical mucus, you did ovulate. The question becomes when. This is why Ovulation Predictor Kits (OPKs) are so important. You should start taking OPKs the first day you start to see the clear stretchy cervical mucus and test until you see that you're ovulating. That's the only way to know exactly when you do ovulate. All the best!
Can you use ovulation predictor kits as early pregnancy tests?
An ovulation predictor kit is used to help women keep track of ovulation when they are trying to conceive. Pregnancy tests are designed to predict a special hormone in the body that pregnant women have. Since an ovulation kit is not designed to detect that pregnancy hormone, it cannot be used as an early pregnancy test or any other type of pregnancy test for that matter. OPK's and pregnancy test are not designed alike, and are not meant for the same purpose.
What does it mean when there is a positive ovulation test and then 2 days later there is bleeding?
its a sign of being pregnate don't freak
After a girl/women has her period she becomes fertile and drops the eggs that are fertilized by a guys semen. You drop more then one egg for a few days and in that time you are ovulating. Which means you can become pregnant.
Ovulation is when an egg in a woman or female animal is released and goes into the womb of a female of the species. When the egg is released the female can become pregnant.
No need to swear !... Ovulation is the process by which a female produces an egg in preparation for fertilization. Ovulationis the process in the menstrual cycle by which a mature ovarian follicle ruptures and discharges an ovum (also known as an oocyte, female gamete, or casually, an egg) that participates in reproduction. Ovulation also occurs in the estrous cycle of other animals, which differs in many fundamental ways from the menstrual cycle. Ovulation is the time during a women's cycle when eggs are released from the ovaries into the fallopian tube.
Ovualation period is the time in a womens cycle where she is the most fertile.
Yes. You may not even have implanted yet. I got a negative the day before and the day my period was due, got a faint positive the day after it was due and a strong positive when I was 4 days late. Don't give up hope unless your period shows.
