I had a epididymectomy 3 weeks ago today. The testical is still extremely swollen and is about 3x normal size. My doctor said it is normal and should feel right in about 3 more weeks. Hopefully he is right. The incision does not hurt at all and all major pain lasted about 2 weeks.
