pigs are notoriously clean and healthy animals. i have worked with pigs in the past and the only problems i usually saw with them was their feet were bad due to unclean living conditions and no grooming. and their skin was bad due to the same thing, people think pigs love to roll around in mud and get dirty all the time but that is untrue. pigs love being clean and prefer clean water to dirt any day. if you wish to get a pig , if you keep its area clean of debris and other things filthy. (they can have mud just make sure they have plenty of room to get out of the mud) ensure your pigs always have clean food and water, and check their feet to make sure the hooves aren't too long. then your vet care should be as low as one or two checkups per year. hope this helps.

When you first get these there actually pretty cute but as they get older and bigger Ive seen them actually be huge and turn aggressive now you may think (how intimidating can a fat old pig be) but one chased me and my friend down a dirt path in the middle of Iowa. i was twelve so stupidly i tried to scare it by putting the wooden side of a broom in its face it looked at it and easily tore a giant chunk of wood out of the broom. I hightailed it faster than a mother F***er. Now don't get me wrong despite this little accident i personally think there great pets. just make sure you have the correct food and space for this animal. Also this animal can get messy. So make sure you clean its area often. Otherwise if it has a cut and it can get infected so make sure you clean it. Hopefully you found this useful.

it could be i could not so it might be scared or it might not like moving around but it is bad try taking some stuff out see if that works this is how i got mine to move put its favorite food by its mouth then pull your are slowly back it might follow it or take it to the vet but yes IT IS BAD
