Are there skin rashes associated with diabetes?
Yes it can. That's why I saw the Doc initially'
I'm type 2 and if my sugars get up over 12, I get a itching and red dots on the penis head and foreskin where it touches the head. I use anti-fungal creams for about 2 weeks and watch the diet and sugar intake to get it back to about 6.
Usually clears up pretty quickly but don't be afraid to see the Doc.
If U have Diabetes it's better controlled quickly.
I also had frequent urination, was drinking about 10 Ltrs a day and still thirsty, Blurred and double vision.
Told the Doc I had a rash where no man wants a rash.
Married and no affairs, Thoughts that crossed my mind of my wife having them put a strain on the marriage for a few weeks.
The Doc took 1 look at my tackle and said You have Diabetes.
When I told him my other symptoms he said that's strike 3 and did a on the spot prick test of my bloods (27.4) Should be <6
Best advice is Don't be scared "SEE YOUR DOCTOR"
If U don't it'll only get worse and play games with your mind

How do you get rid of a small dry patch on your elbow?
Dry, rough elbows are a common problem. Long sleeves, drying soaps, etc ... I've heard a lot of reasons as to why this happens. I think we just take our elbows for granted and forget that they are covered in skin just like our knees, feet and hands. :-) It needs moisture just like the rest of our skin. The best remedy for dry skin is exfoliating gently and then moisturizing, moisturizing, moisturizing. I have found that a good soap, excellent lotion and changing my habits have helped me keep my skin looking young and fresh. I get compliments all the time on my soft skin and face. We make our own goat milk soaps, lotions and creams. They really do wonders for your skin. You can read about goat milk here:http://www.articlesbase.com/skin-care-articles/got-goats-milk-you-should-592435.html.I've written several articles about dry skin and they are all on articlesbase.com. Click on the author's name when you get there to read more of my tips on dry skin. I wrote the article and am an avid user for the last year. I also moisturize in the shower with an oatmeal and shea butter body wash after I use the goat milk soap. Then I dry off, add my goat milk lotion or cream. I used to use Vaseline on my face all winter b/c of the dry itchy patches on my cheeks... I don't have to do that anymore. Goat milk is the solution to most dry skin problems. It's all natural and matches the pH of our own skin very closely, helping it stay healthier. Regular soaps and shampoos strip the natural oil and pH of our skin and hair. Hope that helps. ( Yes, we sell the soaps and creams. You can check out our products onhttp://www.NeeNeesSoapShop.com/products.html.) Thanks and hope I helped! PS I have a lot of free skin care recipes that you can read on our website, too. Stuff you have in your own kitchen. Cheap and easy! I've written a lot about dry skin and have many free recipes and tips on our webpage, too. http://www.NeeNeesSoapShop.com/beautyfreestuff.html. Please check it out! All info on that page is FREE.
i think it really depends on how bad it is, if its so bad it cant be kept under control i'd say don't do it, I've had eczema since i was a baby and its been bad for months then fine for months its usually easy enough to prevent flare ups by finding triggers and avoiding them.I currently have four and can honestly say eczema affects them, only one is in an area not prone to flare ups and that's undoubtably my best. i have both wrists tattooed and its been hell getting them to heal with my eczema they're still not healed and its been 4 months.I think you can get tattoos with ecsema but you'd be better off getting them in awkward places like your back or stomach. You'll need to look after them longer and be more careful and be prepared for fading if you use a steroid cream.Hope i helped!!

What is a recurring rash spreading on a man's chest that is pink in color and spotty and itches?
well that depends... do you wear anything like a necklace that moves around in your pectoral area.. if so this could mean you are allergic to that type of metal (yes this happens) or maybe something else irritates that area, but for it to go away and come back it must be that, try keeping your shirt off and other things and just lie around for the day if it just appear and goes with nothing touching that area i suggest you see a doctor

Can sunburns also cause a rash?
Apparently it can. Sun rash normally appears white northern European type skin, but I seem to get it anyway, and I have a Middle Eastern complexion. Treating is is really hard as it spreads, but I find that by keeping my skin oily in dry conditions spread is prevented. I also find that AC (or aeroplanes) after sun really triggers the rash. For some reason polyester does too.
For me I don't get the rash if I apply sunblock cream before solar exposure.
For treatment baby nappyrash cream is best. Hydrocortizone works well, but the rash comes back worse next time. Oh yes, and avoid more sun.
Do pregnant women have rashes?
Yes, they are one of the side effects.. Make sure you show your OB doctor to be sure. It's called dermatitis if it gets infected it will be red and streaky and he will probably just give you a cortisone cream topical---------joymaker rn
What is a Itchy red bumpy rash on chest under breasts when sweaty?
I had the same problem on my back, behind the knees, feet, back of my neck... anywhere I sweated excessively. It's like a prickly heat, almost feels like mites of some sort. So I tried some top notch 'mite/lice/scabies lotion' which reduced the itching a bit but couldn't irradicate it. Turns out it's Kandida!!! A kind of fungal condition created mainly by sweat that cannot escape easily from the skin. I just used a good anti-perspirant spray and washed more often. All anti-perspirants have anti-fungal in them; the relief comes in a matter of a minute or so. Start wearing clothing that breaths better and allow the sweat off your back and any other part of your body to evaporate faster/better.
