yes you can I always use this for the rashes of my baby specially for the face. so far I haven't notice any side effects. & the good thing about this is it doesn't take long for the rashes to fade.

Hard to say without more info. such as age, medical history, current meds, etc. Also would be easier if I could look at it, touch it etc. If you are on birth control pills or have any circulatory problems, it could be a superficial blood clot, which needs to be seen by a doctor immediately. Yes! I find that after abusing alcohol in the past, now everytime I try to drink any hard alcohol I will wake up with a blotchy red rash up and down my face, neck, and sometimes my hands. I really believe a its alcohol related rash. now i just stick to wine.. what I want to know is whats going on in my body that is not allowing it to break down the alcohol like it's suppose to.
