You should get a cold towel or hot,and wrap it around your wherever you need it.What size?Doesn't matter,just make sure it can wrap around you certain spot,or can lay on that certain spot.and keep it on there for a while and hopefully it will help.

It could be anything--it could be an allergic reaction to a laundry detergent, or it could be some sort of sexually transmitted infection, or it could be chafing...you need to get it checked out asap to make sure you're ok.

Raised spots lead me to believe they could be a form of bite, try using a warm tea bag on them and see if they go down at all. If not;and if they are worrying you quite a troublesome amount, please make an appointment with your doctor. Depending on the area of your leg in which this is occurring it could very well be something transmitted sexually, however I would assume you would know if it were or at least have a faint idea otherwise you probably would not have asked haha, eitehr way, please consult a doctor for your benefit.

Yes this can happen. In some women (some may never have had an allergy) until menopause will have more allergies.
