How do you treat a rash from agave?
I have tried hydrocortisone (CortAid), diphenhydramine HCL (Benadril), and calamine lotion. Each have a very small, and temporary effect. Nothing works permanently. An internet search produced a rumor that Tequila poured on the rash will help.
I'm not sure if I want to waste my Hornitos externally. I think it may do more good in my belly than on my skin.
What causes itchy red bumps on knuckles of hand?
It could be a lot of things. Try washing your hands really well... if it is allergies, that might help. There are over the counter rash creams you could try as well, but if it is is serious, or if it lasts more than a day, I suggest seeing a doctor who can tell a lot better what it is and how to help.
All those who are struggling with eczema are fully aware of the quality of life aspect of this skin disorder. The eczema symptoms include dryness, redness, itching, flaking, crusting skin patches that are really frustrating. Eczema affects round about 17% of children and 6% of adults in the United States and this number is too much close to 15 million Americans. The skin disorder may get worse with the exposure to different allergens or the irritants. The question that arises in everybody's mind is Can eczema be cured or not? To be very precise, there is no scientifically proven cure for atopic dermatitis/eczema.
If eczema can't be cured, these flare ups can surely be minimized and can also be prevented. Children or the adults outgrow the disease while the others continue to have eczema flareups. Mild to severe eczema can be treated by the usage of different dosage of corticosteroids. There are many treatments that help you to get rid of the symptoms and get a clear, smooth skin without any rough, patchy skin. You need to understand your skin condition, the environmental factors, eating habits, that worsen your condition. Keep in mind that food you are consuming can be a main factor behind your flareups. Various treatments that can help you to ease the condition are discussed below:
Coconut Oil: Coconut oil has antibacterial and saturating properties that help to eliminate, slow down or prevent the development of bacteria on your body.
Apple Cider Vinegar: Apple Cider Vinegar baths are proven to be an effective measure against keeping germs away and low bacteria count on eczema skin. It also helps create a balance PH level on skin, which naturally prevents bacterial growth.
Bleach Baths: Bleach baths, although not so natural, are the most effective method of bacterial elimination on eczema skin. There are many studies that prove the effectiveness of bleach baths for severe eczema cases.
Probiotics: Probiotics are one supplement that seems to make a noticeable difference with skin health (especially if the problem is diet/gut related).
Wet Therapy: Wet Wrap Therapy is one of the best treatments offered to the Eczema sufferers. This treatment include the wet bandages on the eczematic skin of the patients to keep the moisture sealed in the body.
Consulting your doctor/dermatologist can perfectly help you to minimize and normalize your conditions as eczema can't be cured but the conditions can be treated.

We don't know why each person has eczema. I think it could be different reasons for different people.
With that said, it is likely there is a cause. For some it is food allergies, for others, it might be something else. Don't believe someone if they tell you there isn't a cause. Keep seeking answers and you may find them.
With our son, food allergies are the main cause. He had really bad eczema and once we eliminated foods he was allergic to, it cleared up 90%.
Does inflammation in the body cause skin rashes that itch?
Allergies can show themselves through various skin reactions. The main reactions are rashes (small bumps or larger red patches), hives (also called urticaria; itchy, red raised patches on the skin), or eczema (also called atopic dermatitis; an itchy, weeping rash). These symptoms can have various causes. Most often it is allergies, but some people get hives from heat, cold or sun exposure. Contact allergies/dermatitis is defined as a skin rash caused by direct contact with a substance to which the skin is sensitive. Symptoms include a red rash, swelling, and itching. In more severe cases, blisters can form. Many substances can cause allergic contact dermatitis: poison ivy and other plants (such as tomato plants), wool, perfumes and dyes (in soaps, detergents, lotions, etc.), metals (in jewelry, hair clips, etc.), locally applied medicinal ointments such as antibiotic creams, and latex (often used in latex gloves). These can occur at any age and can appear at any time. It can take years for a sensitivity to a particular substance to develop, so "I've used this for years" isn't a reason to exclude anything from the possible allergen list. Symptoms may appear as soon as 7 to 10 days from first contact. Once a sensitivity develops, however, the reaction can occur in 24-48 hours. Treatment of contact dermatitis generally consists of avoiding the allergen. To determine whether or not something is the cause, patch tests (a small amount of the substance applied to the skin, then covered and left for 24 hours) can often show whether or not that substance causes the reaction. Other allergies can cause rashes, too. Some find that citrus fruits cause small raised bumps when ingested. Eczema is often caused by a food allergy, though there may be other causes. Cow's milk is a particularly common allergen for those with eczema. Avoiding allergens provides long-term relief, while short-term relief can be had by using moisturizers on the skin and taking antihistamines. Some find that using all cotton clothing and bedding makes a difference. Hives can be caused by a number of factors, not just allergies. Hives occur suddenly and may end suddenly, though there are chronic cases where hives are present for a month or more. Other causes of hives are sun exposure, heat and cold. Again, avoidance is the primary treatment.

What would cause a rash on your ear?
Ear infection contact your vet and they will give you ear drops
It could also be ringworm or scabies/mange or from the kitten scratching due to ear mites. Take it to the vet to get the right diagnosis and medication.
That is a difficult question to answer without seeing the rash. Basically, you need to see a physician. It could be caused by a number of things- commonly perhaps an allergic dermatitis, eczema or scabies (an infection). These can all be treated. Itchy rashes are often helped by moisturising creams- E45, dermolol etc. but you may require specific treatment (e.g. for scabies) so you should see your doctor before self-treating.

Blue star ointment really works so does Tinactin spray for a heat rash corn starch is one of the best. The best thing you can have in with your bath soaps is Epson Salts. Epson Salts is not like table salt and it soothes aches and many other things (excellent for rashes and sunburns.) Mix 1 good 1 1/2 cups of Epson Salts with some boiling water (in the measuring cup) to melt the crystals and then pour into your TEPID bath water. Lay in it for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour or more. DON'T USE TOO HOT WATER IN YOUR BATH! I am sure the above methods are great as well, and the oinment spray is also good after the bath.
Who is most likely to get smallpox?
Humans are the only species to be infected by smallpox. The history of smallpox extends into pre-history; the disease likely emerged in human populations about 10,000 BC.
The earliest credible evidence of smallpox is found in the Egyptian mummies of people who died some 3000 years ago. During the 18th century the disease killed an estimated 400,000 Europeans each year, including five reigning monarchs, and was responsible for a third of all blindness. Between 20 and 60% of all those infected, and over 80% of infected children, died from the disease.
Settlement of the east coast of North America in 1633 in Plymouth, Massachusetts was also accompanied by devastating outbreaks of smallpox among Native American populations, and subsequently among the native-born colonists. Some estimates indicate case fatality rates of 80–90% in Native American populations during smallpox epidemics.
U.S. Presidents George Washington, Andrew Jackson, and Abraham Lincoln all contracted and recovered from the disease.
To this day, smallpox is the only human infectious disease to have been completely eradicated.
Can vitamin d 50000 units cause skin rash?
I can only speak about my own experience since childhood, but YES, vitamin c supplements can cause skin rash.
Whenever I have more than 1000 mg of Vitamin C in a 24hr period, I develop a very fine, very itchy rash that covers my entire face. 2000 mg in 24hrs gives me really itchy skin all over. If I have more than 4000 mg in a 48 hr period, I get hives.
Stopping the Vitamin C and drinking plenty of water is the only cure and there's no way to speed up the disappearance of the rash.
I was shocked by how little information there is on Vitamin C side effects (or in this case- allergy). In fact, every medical account downplays skin reactions completely. I found plenty of references to kidney stones from excess Vitamin C but the only mention of skin conditions comes from forums like this where people (like you and me) are looking for answers.
You may want to keep a journal of your supplement intake (including ALL supplements) and note any reactions, large and small.
What are the small hard bumps in groin area?

Why is there a red rash on back of my daughter's throat?
Hi it could be any number of things.... It depends on age, severity, and all around appearance. If she is having severe sore throats or swollen tonsils, it could be strep. If she has a runny nose, and she feels mucous running down the back of her throat, it could be Post Nasal Drip. Post Nasal Drip, is when your sinuses block regular passage ways to remove fluid or mucous. So it drips down the throat, if it is infected it will cause a mild to severe rash on the back of her throat. Some simple and natural ways to get rid of it is, to drink hot green tea, gargle hot salt water, use a neti pot, and drink plenty of warm fluids, make sure she doesn't drink any milk or thick fluid. If she does it makes the mucous more thick and makes it harder to swallow. If it gets worse I recommend you see her doctor, let her get a throat culture or some tests. Hope it helped.
