If Germany had built jet fighters earlier could Germany have won world war 2?

I would say no, as it would not have made that much of a difference.

Of course it would have made a difference. Air superiority helps to win a war.

The Nazis invented a lot of awesome weapons tech way before the end of the war.

Hitler could have had these things at his disposal very early if he would have listened to his generals and r&d department.

First of all the Germans invented the air to air guided missile. The X-4.

The first guided bomb. The Fritz X.

The VolksJager jet fighter was very simple and cheap to build. Had an ejection seat. It was faster than the Me 262. A tank buster version was in the works also.

If someone with multiple personalities threatens to kill himself is it considered a hostage situation?

It is. If someone without multiple personalities tries to kill his/herself, in the books, it's a hostage situation. It's illegal to kill yourself, and you can go to jail for it. Usually, cops look at it like J-Walking, not in the sense that they look the other way, but that they overlook the fact that they're attempting to break the law in order to save them. If you were on a bridge, would you want a cop saying "GET DOWN FROM THERE SO WE CAN ARREST YOU AND THROW YOU IN JAIL!"? No, you wouldn't.

Who verified Obama's birth certificate?

During the run-up to the 2016 presidential election, there were three verifications by the Hawaii Department of Health of the birth certificate that President Obama posted on the White House website. One was requested by the Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett and published online. One was requested by Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach and published online. The third was requested by an attorney for the Mississippi Democratic Party in the federal lawsuit Taitz v. Democrat Party of Mississippi and filed in federal court. The various requests for verification were worded differently, requesting that different data items on the certificate be verified. The Mississippi verification requested that all data items on the White House certificate be verified. All the verifications were signed by Alvin Onaka the state registrar of Hawaii, and sealed with the seal of the State of Hawaii.

To this day, the Hawaii Department maintains a FAQ about Obama's birth in Hawaii, including official statements of the Department of Health, that includes the statement:

"On April 27, 2011 President Barack Obama posted a certified copy of his original Certificate of Live Birth."

--2nd opinion--

While they indicate that they have such a certificate, the Hawaii Department of Health has not verified the contents of that document. At the time of Obama's birth, Hawaii allowed parents, grandparents, etc to provide verbal testimony of a birth and many of those occurred overseas. Without hospital documentation, there is no way to verify the information.

What are snowboards made of?

99% of good Snowboards contain a wood core. The type of wood varies for certain purposes but the reason wood is chosen is because it has "memory." Wood can be bent but it will always snap back to its original position. Beyond the wood other elements are added so the snowboard will perform accordingly. For instance, fiberglass is added to help stiffen the board up and give it some long lasting pop. Carbon Fiber sometimes replaces a little wood because it makes the board more stiff and also reduces weight. These are the general ingredients. Different companies use different materials to produce boards for specific purposes.
