If you give them the screwdriver, you get -20 karma and Cocaine, which you might want to turn into the police.

First, buy the construction worker behind the Stick University a Grand Slam Burger from McSticks, he will give you a ladder, then go to the second island next and go to the lady next to mobster tower. Give her the ladder to rescue her cat and she will give you a trophemon. Next, buy a pizza and a milk shake and give it to the dj in the club next to the clinic, he will give you another one. Buy cuban cigars and a zipo lighter from the guy behind the building thats next to University, (make sure its in the evening or night) give it to vinnies goon in Vinnies bar next to McSticks, he will give you one. Finally, give the orange guy Dominick, keep giving him $25 until he gives you a trophemon (make sure its also in the evening). Go to the woman next to your basement all the trophemons and she will give you a hoverboard. the only time youll find her is evening.

There are several base game legendaries.
The Calavera - Westcliff Demon Door
Hammerthyst - Behind the Demon Door in Oakfield (Serenity Farms) in a treasure chest
The Chopper - You will have to go through the Crucible with 7 perfect rounds. This is the reward.
The Maelstrom - You have to be a really bad guy for this one. Earn 2,000 sacrafice points at the Temple of Shadows. Come back between midnight and 1am with your spouse (one you don't mind losing) and a monk or two from the Temple of Light. Sacrafice them all at the wheel and the Maelstrom will be your reward.
The Daichi - Come back from the Spire and complete Wraithmarsh (you have to do this first) Go to Brightwood Tower. Jump out and into Archon's Knot tomb. Work your way through and just before you leave there will be a treasure chest. This will be your Daichi.
The Rising Sun - Donate gold at the Temple of Light. They will ask you to come back with another donation and make hints at the time and amount. Come back and make a donation of 10,000 gold in between noon and 1pm. When you are done, you will receive your weapon.
Hal's Sword - Inside a treasure chest at the end of the Chamber of Fate.
The Wreckager - Halls of the Dead in a treasure chest at the top of the tomb.

What is the best build for ezreal in league of legends?
I think it would probably be trin-force-ish. Corki has good harass, and that's not just his skills. His passive makes for really nice damage. Considering the build I would probably use for corki, would be along the lines of Trinity Force, maybe a Phantom Dancer or something else with ASPD, and get some Attack Damage through Bloodthirster or Infinity edge. If you want to go a little more durable/tanky, grab a warmogs on your way to atma's(but only if you get health items, such as frozen mallet or something). Another good suggestion would be Madred's bloodrazor, for the magic damage. Combined with corki's passive, it would make it easier for him to take down tanks. If the enemies are all quite tanky, try getting some Armour Pen.
Note: Try changing the build: For example, if the enemies are squishy, there would be no need to stack Armour Pen. Instead, go for some health-attack damage, as the squishy characters seem to do more damage than the moderately durable ones.
Don't forget, if you want to be tankier, and there is a karthus in the game, the best way to annoy him is to buy Maw of Morthius.
