I haven't heard of it helping with concentration. It is known for its sedative properties.

Providing that they have been prescribed for you then you should be fine. I have a friend who is doing really well on this combination.

yes it has helped me a lot I am taking 50mg of Zoloft and 500 mg of seroquel haven't had a panic attack or depression since I have been on the 2 but you should know that it may be different for everybody nobody's body works the same

I take seroquel and the only immediate reaction I have ever had to seroquel is extreme drowsiness, unstable walking and bad hunger pains.

Ive been taking seroquel for about 5 weeks now and I also am drowsy and tired all the time. I can go to sleep anytime. I also have unstable walking yet also like a tired and dragging-myself-along kind of walking. I feel like my posture has changed too because I am constantly slouching and my neck is down low. Before I started taking seroquel I always had good posture.

Just deal with it like i do!

It differs at each person and at each illness.

If someone is a middle of a very strong psychosis->no effect. Haldol (Haloperidol) or sth like, may it vanish.

If he is at the beginning of a psychosis, or just milder case.-> 1-2 day back to normality. But still "weird" and some symptoms.

It takes about 1 or 2 months that all symptoms releaved.

This is psychosis. On 500-800 mg. (I wouldn't recommend less for bipolar/schizophrenia/schizoaffective.)

If after 2 months, you see no change at these doses, then switch to another drug.

(Prop. Zyprexa. It makes someone fat, maybe diabetic.->Seroquel is way better.

In worst case -middle of psychosis or alike- Haldol.

I wouldn't recommend Abilify or Geodon. They are weak as hell. If Seroquel has minimal effects, they will not have at all.)

It can take days or weeks to officially detox the body of Seroquil. This medication has a half life of 6 hours. So every six hours, half of the original dose is left in the body. Depending on the amount taken, it can take weeks to detox.

the standard formulation of pamprin is exactly the same as excedrin maximum strength, the 'bloating' relief is from caffeine which causes a dieuretic (water flushing) response. In addition, everyone needs to be aware things like midol, pamprin, unisom, all are just the same drugs repackaged over and over and marked up. Go to the dollar store and spend 1 buck on diphenhydramine tabs and generic acetominophen, you've got twice the amount of Tylenol pm for 1/5 the price. Buy generic 'headache' medicine with 250 aspirin 250 aceptominophen and 65 caffeine and you have excedrin, midol, and pamprin for far less. Beware OTC products labeled as 'for' a specific symptom. Just a method to overcharge you for being ignorant.

Yes, you are going to jail for a long time. ----------- Considering that Seroquel's half-life is 6 hours, that the likelihood of Seroquel OD causing death is extremely low, and the fact that your blood stops circulating when you die, I imagine that the Seroquel would definitely show up on a blood test. So, your ideas of homicide/suicide would not work with a Seroquel OD.

i think you will sleep a lot, I've just taken 1400mg that it's like my dosis for a week and I'm feeling weird already.

No, my friend, it isn't. As long as you're not over doing it. For example, every night I have to take 300mg Seroquel XR (for a psychiatric condition) and I must take 2 .25mg tablets of Halcion (for extreme insomnia). Perfectly safe, unless you're talking about illicit use. Take your recommended doses. If you are taking it recreationally (which I legally can't condone), start out with 100mg of Seroquel and .5mg of triazolam. See where that gets you. I wouldn't ingest any more than 400mg of Seroquel at once and only every 24 hours (and the kind you have will HAVE TO BE immediate acting Seroquel. Seroquel XR is an extended release drug and you will not get the full effect if you take it expecting to get messed up. no your full of crap if you think this could make you fail a drug test and show positive for cocaine unless you have had sexual or oral intercourse with a person that has used a large quantity .The cocaine may show up in your specimen cup if that person has ejaculated inside of your vagina and/or has ejaculated in your mouth and you swallowed the semen .I have heard a read about that happening .

The combination of Seroquel and Celexa is fine for bipolar or treatment resistant depression. The benzo may add to the sedative effect but should be safe otherwise. BUT- adding alcohol could be very dangerous, especially the benzo and alcohol can cause respiratory depression and death. If whatever is troubling you requires three drugs to treat it, you really should not be drinking, unless your doctor says you can have an occasional glass of wine or beer, which he or she probably won't. Alcohol can worsen depression and anxiety and too much can make you miss your pills and do other self-destructive things.

You probably will go back to the same routine like you didnt have the pills before, but that can take up to 2-3 weeks.

As long as it was with your doctor's advice. Quitting a prescription med, especially ones related to possible schizophrenia, can lead to big time withdrawal symptoms and possibly even suicidal tendencies.
