* If it's a bad email then the best thing to do is ignore the message because if you don't you just fire up the person and they have you right where they want you. G'day Mate. I am a bloke and I believe that it is extremely tops if you "beat off" very often. Not only does it feel AH-MAZ-ING...but there are also many health benefits. According to scientific research, those that "beat off" 6-7 times a day, they could lose up to 9 kilos a month. If you want to get even more benefits, it is now legal to "beat off" in public places. I would recommend that you do it on the bus, at a resturant or even at school (if you are of that age). If a girl sees you doing it in public, there is a 90% chance that she will want you ;)
