the spring in the pull start housing is sprung. cut pull handle off the rope, tie a knot in the rope and take the housing off. take it to a yamaha, skidoo, arctic cat shop and having re spring the sprung spring and recoil the rope

i would say let it warm up for about 10 minutes maybe.... depending on the weather. Also depending on whether or not using synthetic lubricants and a superior fuel additive is in the fuel.

well when you ride on a farmers crops like you said before "alfalfa" it ripes the ground up underneath and wrecks the endless amounts of money put into the field i know this from experience we have had it happen to you stay off the field ride to the side do something just don't go through the middle respect others property its his money that you are riding over and he depends on it!

How dim?

There are several possible answers.

First, the output of the light coil is directly related to the engine rpm.

Second, if the regulator/rectifier is not functioning properly, the lights can be dim.

Third, if you have a poor ground connection the lights will be dim.

to put studs in a track just simply remove the six bolts on the tunnel and the suspension will drop. then remove the cog wheel under the tunnel and then the track will finally drop out. then make a stud template and mark the holes where u want the studs to go. then drill the track, put the studs in from the inside and then the backers and the nuts goes on the outside. and there is your studded track

Ski-doos are usually more performance sleds, they are usually the first to try out new designs and that is why their snowmobiles look so weird compared to the standard design that pretty much all polaris snowmobiles look like. That being said, polaris are usually more reliable, and are much easier to find parts for. The standard polaris design that has been in place since like 1996 works fairly well and is good for a nice trail snowmobile. I myself prefer polaris over ski-doo because of the reliability issue. The newer ones may be better, i cannot say because I have never ridden one newer than 2000.
