First check compression. This can be done by putting a finger over the spark plug holes. There should be a good pop of air out of them. If you have compression and spark, next pour a little fuel in plug holes see if you can get it to try to run, if it does the fuel may not be getting through the carbs.

The carb or carbs could use a good cleaning, maybe starving for fuel on the low side. Enough to let it idle, but no extra for take off.
How do you get your full face helmet not to fog?
Just rub tooth paste (like Aim,colgate,aqwa freash) on the inside of the glass, let it dry and then buff it off. Works i do it all the time on full face helmets and goggles plus it make your helmet smell good.
