Describe differences between empirical vs theoretical approaches to knowledge acquisition?
Empirical is the information you received and found out, and theoretical the information that is set. For example, if you were doing a lab related to acceleration due to gravity, the theoretical value would be 9.81 m/s squared and the empirical value would be the value you calculated.

How does the concept of interference help explain the Stroop Effect?
When required to utter a verbal response to written stimuli, for readers, the automatic response is to read the written word. This is why the Stroop task is much simpler for children (who have not yet attached meaning to strings of letters). It is in this way that the skill of reading (attaching meaning to strings of letters) interferes with the identification of color.
This is also why there is no Stroop effect when participants are required to identify the color of a word written in a language with which they are unfamiliar (e.g., an English speaker/reader would easily identify the color of words written in japanese).
For readers to perform well on a Stroop task. they must essentially "bypass" or repress a response which has become automatic (i.e.,reading), hence the time delay. In other words, reading interferes with color identification

If a rock was taken from earth to the moon how would it affect its mass and weight?
The rock's mass remains the same, it will not change. However it's weight does change because the acceleration due to gravity is 1/6 the acceleration on Earth. W = mg (weight )= (mass)*(gravitational acceleration) If a rock's mass is 10 kg then: On Earth g=9.81 m/s^2 On the Moon g= 1.63 m/s^2 W(earth) = m*g = (10kg)*(9.81m/s^2) = 98.1 kgm/s^2 = 98.1 N W(moon) = m*g = (10kg)*(1.63m/s^2) = 16.3 kgm/s^2 = 16.3 N
What is the difference between holistic marketing concept and selling marketing concept?

Reason for the why pandas in decline number?
Giant Pandas are endangered primarily from habitat loss and from the fact that they have a very low birthrate. China has put increasing pressure on their habitat in the last century from population growth and land use changes. Also, they have traditionally been poached, primarily for their fur and skin.
Are there proportionately more atheists in jail than religious people?
It would appear not. ''Scepticfiles.org'' quotes W. T. Root, professor of psychology at the Univ. of Pittsburgh, who examined 1,916 prisoners and said, "Indifference to religion, due to thought, strengthens character." He is quoted as saying that Unitarians, Agnostics, Atheists and Free-Thinkers are absent from penitentiariers or nearly so.
In 1997, Rod Swift found that .209% of federal prisoners are atheists (See related link: Rod Swift study).
In 2010, Tim Covell updated that information, and discovered only .08% of the U.S. federal prison population is atheist (See related link: Tim Covell study).
It is claimed that over a period of 10 years , those executed in Sing-Sing Prison for murder were 65% Catholics, 26% Protestants, 6% Hebrew, 2% Pagan, and less than 1/3 of 1% non-religious.
Why are condensation and evaporation opposite?
Why are Condensation and Evaporation opposite?
Condensation is the process of changing water vapor to liquid or water due to the "Releasing of Heat", while Evaporation is the changing of water to water vapor due to the "Absorption of Heat"
Or, in short:
So that is why they are different or opposite
