Hello. I am really not certain what this could be. If you have had unprotected sex within the last 2-3 weeks then I would rule out pregnancy. Once pregnancy has been ruled out then it is most likely a strange and unusual period for you as this does sometimes happen for no medical reason.

try not to worry, its only two days, not like its a few weeks, it could be stress preventing it so try to eliminate any stress you have, if you have any more concerns after a few more days, maybe you should visit your doctor and talk it through with them

It could mean that you are having implantation bleeding which is supposed to be light if in fact you are pregnant. It could be implantation bleeding or it could be spotting which can be caused by birth control. If you are too concerned, take a pregnancy test.

It does sound as though you might have had a miscarriage. If the bleeding has now stopped and you feel otherwise well with no fever you will probably never know for sure. If the bleeding is still heavy and/or you feel ill GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!

You can wear whatever you want on your period, as long as the products you're using stop you from leaking there's no reason not to wear white shorts. Just make sure you're using correct absorbency, don't use super absorbency tampons if your flow isn't heavy enough to use such a high absorbency. You may want to try menstrual cups instead as these won't leak like tampons do.
