There are a many number of things that could be causing this type of a problem. When you see a dark tint to any discharge after or during or before a menstrual cycle though i would be VERY suspicious for an OLD bleed of some sort. there are so many things but 1st would be to make an appt. with your gyno'. there are conditions that can cause abnormal bleeding throughout menstrual cycles however: endometriosus, hormonal changes, such as an incomplete cycle due to either a possible pregnancy or birth control pills. or possibly as i said endometriosis or some other possible ailments, cysts, nodules , scar tissue, or something in or around that type of category. and ##1 rule of thumb is red blood is normally not something to be really alarmed about , but dark or maroon colored blood means OLD blood which is IN GENERAL not a good sign . I 'd get to the DR.! good luck.

What are the herbals that can help to have a menstruation when you are delayed?
Firstly it's important to point out that herbal treatments for delayed menstruation only work if your period is actually due - most women determine when their period is due based on their average menstrual cycle length figured out from past cycles, but a little variation from that average menstrual cycle length is normal, and cycles can change.
Secondly it's also important to point out that the herbs used to induce menstruation work by starving the uterus of progesterone to cause uterus lining to break-down, relax the cervix, and/or cause uterine contractions. If there is ANY chance of pregnancy using these herbal methods may induce miscarriage, or there is also a risk of birth defects.
Parsley is the most common herb used to induce menstruation - this herb works by stimulating the uterus to contract, it's best used along with another herb or method such as Vitamin C (starves the uterus of progesterone to trigger uterus lining break-down). Parsley can be used either within a tea or inserted into the vagina.
As a tea it's best to make a brew using fresh chopped parsley, simmered rather than boiled so the volatile oils are not lost - dried teabags do work, but aren't as effective - add honey to taste as it can be quite bitter, and drink hourly. Inserted into the vagina it's best to use organic parsley and clean well before use, use a couple of sprigs and insert as high as possible within the vaginal canal, change it every 4 hours.
Parsley is the best herb to use because it poses so few risks - although don't use if you have kidney problems - if you are not well educated about herbal use it's best not to try other methods, and really if used correctly parsley is sufficient.
Some other [safe] herbs that can be used include;

Answer Sometimes we hope above all that everything works out for us, but it doesn't. You say you are living with his family, are the two of you unable to work and get your own place? As far as your miscarriage, don't give up, this has happened to other people who after a short rest regarding having a baby, they keep on trying until things work out. There is also an old expression since the house that you are sharing with his parents isn't your own home, perhaps the stress of it all got to you and you didn't have your baby. You might want to try to get your life in order before trying to have another baby.
It sounds normal to me. Probably just a break in the flow for some reason. If you were in water or something like that.

Nothing to really be worried about, I think whats happening with you guys is your spotting blood is mixing with vaginal mucus causing the blood to be thicker and pink! The thing is that your vaginal mucus will normally stop a day before your period.
