You cant neccessarily believe that if you try to start to clean your teeth, it will become white.

The first steps of wanting healthier looking teeth is to brush at least 3 times a day,

and you must do it properly to give affect, otherwise you shoudnt bother at all.

Eat less sugary food, but just cut down. You could try getting listerine, mouth washs to slowly help plaque build up and cavaties etc.

Otherwise, possibly your last alternative it to get your teeth whitened.

The last time i checked you can get it up to 6-7 shades whiter.

But the only downfall on that is, its not that healthy to do it alot.

My son wears braces and we do not boil his because the braces are shifting on a regular basis moving the teeth in place where they need to be so the molding would be different than needed as time goes on.

they attatch to the top tooth, which is nearly always the fang, and the bottom tooth and slowly pull the top or bottom teeth closer together making them straighter. i have had this done and it only took about 6 months to pull the fangs into place, i wear them in bed and take them off in the morning, they make my teeth really tender and sore sometimes though!

Technically a crown should be made to closely remember the existing tooth therefore fitting the existing retainer. However, depending upon why the tooth requires the crown the retainer may or may not fit WELL.

The ideal situation is to have the crown done and the retainer remade to fit the new crown PERFECTLY.

The compromising situation is to have the crown done and adjusting the retainer to fit the new crown IF POSSIBLE. Sometimes the retainer is held in the mouth by a clasp, connector, or portion of the retainer that is unable to be adjusted or changed BECAUSE of the location/shape/size of the new crown.

Remaking the retainer may be simply a longer-lasting, better-fitting, easier, or cost-effective way or any combination of such to have a FUNCTIONAL retainer.

Remember, the goal is to fix the tooth that requires the crown AND to keep the teeth in their proper positions.

Good. but they are good at pulling your bottom jaw forward.. you only need twin blocks if you have an overbight or and overjet. twin block only work if you are still growing so in girls roughly up to 16 and boys 20. they may be bulky and slightly uncomfortable at first but if you stick with them you can see amazing results for something worn over a shorter period on time that braces...
