I do not know specifically about Enzyte, but I currently take a small dose (2.5 mg) of Cialis concurrently with my 80 mg daily dose of Strattera. This was prescribed by my doctor to help fight the sexual side effects of Strattera. There have been no negative interactions that I can tell and the Strattera sexual side effects have pretty much been eliminated.

If you are taking Enzyte to combat sexual side effects of Strattera, I would suggest talking to your doctor or at the very least the pharmacist to find out if there are any possible interactions. As far as I know, Enzyte is completely herbal (and from what I've heard... a placebo), so it probably won't have any interactions, but it is better to be safe than sorry!

I Was sleeping everyday on my lunch hour while taking Strattera, It made me feel dopey but it did help a little with concentration issues strangely enough. Just switched to metatdate...hope it works better. N

One of the side effects of Strattera is fatigue, but this is not considered a permanent side effect and should resolve itself in two or three weeks as your body becomes accustomed to the drug. When you increase your dose or go off Strattera for a day or more, the fatigue may kick back in as your body re-adjusts, but for most users, this side-effect eventually goes away. Yes. Stattera will definitively work your awareness, you'll feel alert, and accomplish your tasks.

The two side effects I have experienced are:

(1) Problems passing urine including

• trouble starting or keeping a urine stream

• cannot fully empty the bladder

If you push yourself to urinate, you might feel some discomfort in the bladder and scrotum area, due to the pressure you are causing to be able to release. On a 25mg capsule, I have felt frequent urge to pee during 12-24 hours. My advice is to avoid overpressure to urinate; take your time and let it flow.

When the pill effect is wearing out, most of the time I feel tired (crash).

I try to take a walk or do something active to avoid tiredness during working hours.

Worldwide, though, there is a generic called Tomoxetin produced by Torrent Pharmaceuticals. If you are in the US, you will have to wait for the patent to expire before seeing a generic. If you are outside of the US, you can get the generic in place of Strattera.

They say not at all, but really it's as much as any other antidepressants, which is, if you think it's working, you're going to be afraid to stop taking it. Answer: Strattera is not at all harmful at 100mg. Basically if you can handle or avoid the side effects the result of taking 100 mg would be increased alertness, and better attention span. It really helps you concentrate. However, Strattera has a black box warning about the potential of suicidal thoughts in children. So keep this in mind, and I would not recommend taking Strattera at all if you have any form of depression, anxiety, or any form of bipolar or psychosis. And you should stop taking Strattera immediately if you start to have thoughts of suicide or sudden changes in behavior such as agitation or irratibility. Strattera does not effect the dopamine levels in the brain such as that of a stimulant medication like Adderall.

I would not recommend taking either recreationally. But the answer is no. Taking Strattera will most definetly not give you the same high as taking Adderall would. It would make you more alert and focused however. But it certainly wouldn't give you a buzz or anything like that.

I really hope that you would find other ways to occupy your time than taking stimulants such as Adderall. Adderall is very addictive and has a high rate of dependence, I know because I was prescribed this stuff for 8 years and just stopped taking it, and the withdrawal symptoms are very severe (psychosis, paranoia, panic/anxiety attacks, extreme exhaustion and hunger, and migraines)

Now I can't tell you what to do or not do with your life but out of all the drugs you could do for a cheap high amphetamines are one of the dumbest to use. They are a Schedule ll drug on the Controlled Substance Act which make them one of the highest potential for abuse, and addictiton. The only difference from Schedule 1 and 2 is that Schedule 2 lists drugs that are actually used for medical purposes. Although I strongly disagree with the use of amphetamines as a treatment for ADHD.

I started on 40mg for a week then took two pills after five days putting me up to 80 mg a day. Yikes, I am thinking now I am on a high does compared to your 25mg. I think Im going to stop it. Week two of this med and I feel irritable and angry. Negative and depressed. I also have insomnia. The only good thing about this med is that my appetitie has decreased a lot, but in the long run not worth the side effects that are bad. :(

This depends heavily on who you get your insurance from, most insurance companies will cover it to an extent.

However, Strattera is a newer drug and not yet available as a generic so you should expect to have to pay a large copay.
