How can you prevent getting a tan on a beach holiday?
If you would like to prevent a tan, like I had while traveling in Hawaii, I would consider the following:
-wear a hat
-have sun block of over 50spf
-re-apply sun block
-cover exposed skin with clothing

instead of baby lotion for sun burn i recommend natural yogurt its prevents blistering and redness and it makes it less painful to apply it all u got to do is dip your hand in the natural yogurt tub and dab it on ur sun burn then rub it in do at least 2-3 coats repetitively and you should be fine!!

I'm gonna have to say neither, but if you really want the better of the two go with the sunbed. some recent studies have shown that sunbeds are as close as you can get to real sun exposure. the most important thing when using a tanning bed is to make sure the tanning store has natural tanners without harsh chemicals.
I also cannot stand tingle and last year in in order to get tanned quite fast I tried a lotion called "Coco beach tanning lotion" that was quite amazing and works also as a protection against UV!
