First you'll need a rolling bamboo sushi roller or whatever it is called
seaweed
ricecooker
sushi seasoning
WASABI
Plus anything you want to put in the middle (salmon, tuna, avocado, caviar, etc; anything you like. Just be sure it's fresh)
For salmon or any other raw-eatable fish, I recommend, if you have no source of fresh fish, to buy smoked. They're not as good as the fresh ones, but they're still tasty
I recommend using a rice cooker to be able to measure how much water you should put. For sushi, the rice has to be sticky, so what you want to do is to put more water than the usual amount approx. 1/8 more or so.
When the rice is finish cooking wait about 10-18 min to let it cook a bit more.
After that put it in a bowl and mix it with sushi seasoning. (You can make your own sushi seasoning by mixing water, vinegar, sugar and bit of salt.)
Mix well while it's hot...
Now when it's cooled enough you can start forming the sushi by using the roller and the seaweed.
BUT FIRST OF ALL wash your hands!
Then prepare a bowl of vinegar mixed with water to wet your hands a bit while forming the sushi, the rice is so sticky you'l need water to get rid of them.
I'm avoiding explaining how it is rolled, because I'm not very good at it. There are instructional videos on a popular video website that can demonstrate this quite well step-by-step -on video.
Make up about three cups of sticky rice (sushi rice work well) per can of Spam. Slice the spam into 6 or 8 pieces, fry up with soy and sugar mixture until browned and as crispy as you like. Place half sheet of nori. If you have a musubi press it helps, or remove the bottom from the Spam can and use it. Put a scoop of rice on the nori, sprinkle with seasoning, place Spam slice, more seasoning, more rice press tight and roll nori. Enjoy!

What holds everything together in a Roll of Sushi?
the sticky rice does. because the seaweed and the vegetables are stuck to it.
if you didn't have any sticky rice then it would all fall out the vegetables would fall unless u held the seaweed tightlyhold the seaweed to the vegetables
You usually put the fish or whatever you want in the middle of it and then put in the sticky rice around it to make it all stick together and then wrap around the seaweed around it. So the sticky rice and seaweed are holding it together really.

Can you cook raw shrimp and raw chicken together?
That would not be a good idea. If you start the chicken first and get it almost completely cooked and then add the shrimp, you would be okay. If you start them at the same time, the shrimp will be terrible overdone and rubbery. If you pull the shrimp out as soon as it is done, it will be contaminated by the still raw chicken.
What is the peruvian raw fish dish?
Ceviche. It's made using raw fish and shellfish, which is "cured" by lemon or lime juice used in the recipe. Ceviche is delicious when it is made right! It's not technically raw, as the acidity kind of "cooks" it.
