What is speed sensitive power steering?
When the car is driven at low speed, the power steering gives full assist so the driver can
turn the steering wheel easily. Parking or turning tight corners can be done with little effort.
As vehicle speed increases, the mount of power steering assist is reduced and the steering wheel becomes harder to turn. This gives the driver more feedback about road conditions through the steering wheel and better vehicle control. If an emergency arises and the driver needs to turn the steering wheel quickly, the full power assist is provided almost immediately after the wheel is turned only a few degrees.

Airbag light on Suzuki Forenza stays on?
This is a common problem on this model car. First, has your car been involved in an accident? if the answer is no and one day the light was off, and suddenly without impact it is now on, chances are it is the connection under the drivers seat that is the problem.
Another problem with this car is the clock spring. this is a connection between the steering wheel and steering column. the wires in it break from normal driving and thus the light comes on. Either way your going to have to make a trip back to Suzuki to have the error read and cleared. Sorry to have to break the news to you. I personally believe that there should be a class-action lawsuit and a recall for this problem, but I won't hold my breath. GM-DAT won't see any more of my business!!!
By a sheer stroke of grace from God your problem could be as simple as mine was. The fuse inside the car on the far lateral end of the driver's side of the dashboard in that location was blown. I replaced it and the problem was gone! Good luck.
