Advantage OTP:
* lower prices then their flash counterparts * not possible to re-program, thus a device can't be 'hacked' by malicious software updates. Advantage Flash:
* Reprogramming during development avoids constantly replacing the device, thus lower development costs * Possibility that the device supports in-field software updates

It will depend on the resolution, length of the music video or movie and compression type which the video files use. e.g. For use in a pocket PC you can even have a full movie in AVI format which can be e.g. only 400MB per movie and that way you can have around 10 movies in a 1GB card. If your music video file size is 100MB you can have 40 of those in 4GB memory.

Floppy disks are an old technology and very prone to corruption in a number of circumstances. If the disk is placed near any magnetic interference (speakers, monitor) if a disk gets to hot, or is exposed to light then data on the disk can become unreadable. It is very unlikely that data on a corrupt floppy disk can be recovered.
It is generally considered that the use of floppy disks for day to day file storage is a thing of the past. It would be advised you remove any data you have on floppy disc to a new storage format such as flash memory.
