when we talk of eschatological, it is better to define it first. Eschatological = The branch of theology that is concerned with the end of the world or of humankind or a belief or a doctrine concerning the ultimate or final things, such as death, the destiny of humanity, the Second Coming, or the Last Judgment. Terrorism has been defined as "the unlawful use of force or violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives. People will say that leader of sect or religions have the religion Connotation for the causes of terrorism. No matter is it said, no matter who the terrorism is comming from, the pricipal motivation is politics. While the 1980s saw a growth of politically inspired terrorism, the 1990s has seen a dramatic increase in terrorism motivated by a religious agenda. As a result, intelligence experts have claimed that we may well be witnessing an emerging trend and shift away from terrorism motivated by political ideology towards a dominant religious terrorism warranting a revision of our notions of the stereotypical terrorist organization. This trend has received some attention within the intelligence and law enforcement communities, and should should be of particular interest to individuals and organizations involved in monitoring extremist and new religious groups and movements, especially with regards to the U.S. domestic terrorism threat.

All three of these groups are Jihadist terrorist organizations with a number of discernible characteristics. The most common and identifiable Muslim terrorist action is the suicide bomber who blows himself up to take out some enemies as well as himself. Muslim terrorist organizations tell their membership that the fight in which they are engaged is part of the holy Islamic struggle of Jihad and anyone who opposes them is not properly guided. Therefore, Muslim terrorist organizations will identify what sect of Islam they belong to and whether or not they oppose the other sects. Most Muslim terrorists wish to inspire fear in their enemies and therefore primarily attack civilians, considering them part of the enemy. Some "moderate" non-associated clerics have defended these activities claiming that the civilians represent part of the group that "is opposed to Islam". Since Muslim terrorists exist in countries with a weak internal support structure, in many cases such as with Hezbollah, Hamas, or Fatah, they will use their own funds to build schools, parks, hospitals, and other social services in the communities they occupy. It provides goodwill with the local inhabitants and allows them to more effectively spread whatever messages they may wish to say. Finally, Muslim terrorist organizations like Hezbollah, Hamas, and Fatah have all actively engaged in elections (Hezbollah in Lebanon, Hamas and Fatah in Palestine) with their own political parties. If the governments formed after these elections were not desirable to these parties, they engaged in military actions to force the national government to capitulate to their desires. In the case of Hezbollah this created a violent stand-off in Beirut and in the case of Hamas and Fatah, this prompted a Palestinian Civil War in Gaza and the West Bank.

Islam is a complete code of life. Basically, it can't be, and, should not be divided into Progressives or non-progressives. A Muslim must have faith in Complete Islam as complete code of conduct, not in parts.

The Taliban supports an extremist version of Sunni Islam, but does not support "Islam" in general, especially more ecumenical versions of Islam and Non-Sunnis, who they feel are "weakening" or "falsely interpreting" Islam.

Yes. According to United States, European Union, Israel, and numerous impartial organizations, Hamas is a terrorist organization. There are others who critique that Hamas is more complex than just a terrorist organization.

What makes it less clear is that Hamas has social and political wings. These wings promote the same ideology of the organization but its members do not necessarily commit the violent actions that the militant wing does. However, those members condone and provide support to the militants.

State sponsored terrorism is terrorism that is done by a peoples own government towards its own people. Oftentimes, state sponsored terrorism is done in the name of International terrorism.

In the Israel-Hezbollah war in 2006, Israel was unable to eliminate Hezbollah nor their weapon stock, and Hezbollah was unable to protect the Lebanese villages from destruction. They both failed to reach their goals, but they both believed they won.

The ones who lost are the peaceful Lebanese citizens, and the destruction of their infrastructure, while harming the tourist season and economy.

There's a lot more to military strategy than simply wiping the opposition out. The Taliban are formed from the majority ethnic group in Afghanistan - that ethnic group will continue to be there long after operations in Afghanistan have ceased, and are always going to have relevance in Afghan society. Could we bomb a whole mountain into oblivion for the sake of wiping out a few Taliban leaders? Certainly. But, it would alienate that ethnic group further, which would ultimately be detrimental to the mission in Afghanistan, which is not simply limited to unseating the Taliban and eliminating key Al-Qaeda targets, but also creating a secure and stable country within the borders of Afghanistan.
