I am thinking that it maybe the network in Europe for barges. Only thing is it was about 2000 miles in length. The barges were fine until rail came along and killed it quickly.
Not enough number to work with, it must be 17 digits. If you have the rest of it you can type it in at the address listed below:

I am also a circle track racer and it appears you will need to purchase a camber kit. It is an adjustable ball joint and will cost between 150 to 200 bucks.
Hot lap is a term used for a test drive. It's where they let drivers take the car on the track and see how the car and the track handle before a race. It is often only a few laps and less cars on the track at a time then during a normal race. Cars are not required to do hot laps but, it is a good idea since track conditions change all the time. By doing a test drive or "Hot Laps" before a race it allows drivers to see how the car will handle in a safer way then just making them race the car. This way they can make changes to the car before the race begins. Hot laps allows driver and crews to make the race safer and car go faster.
There are a few ways.
1) Firstly, use "engine braking" to slow the bike to it's slowest, powered, speed, then pull in the clutch to be able to use your foot to slow and stop the bike.
2)Lay the bike down (usually done to avoid accidents). This usually happens on the bends when the bike is sideways. You simply move your weight further away from the bike and let it drop ot the floor and slide to a stop
3)Hit the fence - NOT the best way to stop.
At Wal-mart, lowes, or menards, ask them about and they can go out and order one like that!!
This would depend on what type of oil you will be using for your premix. The oil base stock is either petroleum, semi-synthetic or synthetic oil and is mixed with gas at a ratio ranging from 16:1 (petroleum) to as high as 100:1 (synthetic). I personally ride a 2001 Kawasaki KDX200 that I run Yamalube 2R at 36:1 with no problems. Although synthetics say you can mix them at 100:1 I would not, that seems way too lean to me.
You've all heard of Subbuteo the Flick Football game ? right ! Well subbuteo Speedway was cycle speedway with a difference you had to blow your two metal speedway riders round the track first one round the steel post and rang the bell was th winner .
The main reason is to rest their hands and/or adjust their clutch lever. Since the bikes have a single gear, releasing the clutch means the back wheel starts to turn and if the bike was not leant over on the footpeg (thus raising the back wheel off the floor) the bike would move forward. The clutch is easily adjustable to ensure that the level feels right to each individual rider and is adjusted each time a rider is making a start.

Motor bike racing with no gears or brakes. Four riders racing around a track.
On the 17 digit VIN, the 4th to 8th characters are the VDS or Vehicle Descriptor Section. These 5 characters occupy positions 4 through 8 of the VIN and may be used by the manufacturer to identify attributes of the vehicle. Identifies vehicle features such as body style, engine type, model, series, etc. The easiest way is to write down the 17 digit VIN and enter it at the Suzuki VIN Decoder link below.
The last Speedway meeting held at Wembley Stadium was the FIM World Speedway final on 5 September 1981. It was won by the American Bruce Penhall.
