Apparently, the money you put in a 401K Plan and withdrawn would not be deducted from unemployment benefits, but possibly that contributed by the employer may be deducted. it is extended through nov...if you have been filing then they will back pay you for the past weeks that you have not been getting. I believe the payment is for all of July until nov,then congress will have to go back and vote on whether to extend it again or not
