Alabama is located in the southeastern region of the U.S. Under the Koppen climate classification, the state is classified as humid subtropical. Its average annual temperature is 64 deg Fahrenheit.

basically it is a program for students who are admitted into the university but that the university fears will have a trouble transitioning into college level classes. this program just limits you to taking no more than 14 credits and you must meet with an academic supervisor to make sure you are doing okay in school. it only lasts for a year.

A 2.5 GPA is not too good considering how competitive Bama is. There isn't really an actual "requirement" as such, it depends on the mark you get for the actual test to get into the school. However if you do have a high SATs result that can help VERY much, for example three 5a's would highly increase your chances of getting into the school.

I'm a graduating senior, and had the 3rd highest in Alabama this year, making a 233. My friend, who goes to school with me, also made a 233 and got 4th. I don't know about any other scores, but I can imagine that the top are close to if not perfect, and the 5th can't be less than 230.
