I smoked the day before my first UA took niacin and passed no problems. I've taken 3 UAs and smoked a day or 2 before all of them, took niacin and passed no problem. DO NOT take excessive amounts!!!!!! more than 2 at night and 2 in the morning is not necessary and it could put your health at risk. Also, when your skin starts to burn like hell, that means its working so don't be worried by that.

If you do lose control and wet yourself, your bladder will only empty itself partway, so either get to a bathroom as soon as you can to complete emptying it and clean up, or, if your are in genuine pain, let the rest of it loose. Then avoid getting into that kind of situation again. And if you're in any kind of relationship where you are bullied or abused for needing to urinate, report the person who is bullying or abusing you and do whatever you can to get away from the relationship.
