Does the Air Force use aircraft to harass certain people?
(in the US) Leaving aside the fact that the law prohibits the CIA from conducting domestic spying operations against US citizens, a realistic answer is that no one would probably ever know.
If the question refers to on-going combat operation in the Middle East where drones are used for surveillance and strikes against enemy targets and personnel, it is probably a good bet that the CIA is involved in some capacity to a greater or lesser extent.
An AEF indicator is a number or letter assigned to military personnel so they know when they are eligable to be tasked for deployment. The Air Force has AEF cycles 1-10. Each number has a time frame associated with it so people can plan their lives around their "hot" period. The Air Force has also sarted a banding process. Im not quite sure how the AEF Banding process works. The one thing I do know is it determines based on job how long you will spend at home between deployments.

In the United States you have to have perfect vision, 20/20, to become a pilot. They do not allow anyone to wear glasses, or contacts. Is there a list of Bronze Star recipients from World War 2?
As far as I know, there is no list for recipients of the Bronze Star Medal from WWII. The reason for this is, unlike higher awards that are awarded strictly for combat actions (Medal of Honor, Distinguished Service Cross, Distinguished Service Medal- which have lists of recipients) the Bronze Star Medal may be awarded also for non-combat reasons. Because of this, the list would be extraordinarily long, particularly for a period of war.

As a general rule, no. However, you must both be subject to the jurisdiction of the court. As a general rule, if the spouse brought the proceeding, and the military person accepted by appearing in person, or by attorney, or appearing by responding to the pleadings, then the court can and does exercise its jurisdiction. The points are jurisdiction, local state rules and law, facts. (Jurisdiction of course is always a question of the merger of facts and law, just like all legal questions.) Under the Full Faith and Credit Clause of the US Consititution, due and proper decisions in one state are recognized by the other states. Now just what's due and proper is a bit more more dificult to decide from case to case, facts to facts, and state to state. You just got to deal with a local lawyer. There is no fast general answer here.
