The traditionally will equate to a misdamenor charge in the civilian sector. However it is probable not to effect you in civilian employment, being some charges are not consistant with civilian law. Example in the military if you do not go to work on time you can receive a BCD (over a period of time and LOR's of corse) but in the civilian sector there is not a charge that would be ammicable in this case.

The courts have held that an officer may conduct a search to insure his/her own safety. If the 'pat down' reveals something and raises probable cause in the officers mind that he has felt a weapon or (in the case of a recently reported crime) the "fruits of a crime" he may search further - which would include going inside the pockets.

So, if it IS registered with the correct paperwork and transferable, it is a very very rare SMG on the public market and would easily bring $7000 or more to a collector.

Until May 1986 new machine guns could be registered. The 1968 amnesty is not the only way that an M3 could have been registered. C & R Sten guns are going for 5 thousand and up, and the M3 more than this, as it is more rare.

Mass punishment is a violation of Army Regulation; however, Special Unit Training is not. If you are experiencing Special Unit Training as a perceived response to the interpretted misconduct or mistake of a unit member (or several), it would be unwise to try to label it "Mass Punishment." There is a long legacy of those who have focused the light of scrutiny upon themselves by questioning the history and traditions of the US Army. you can own a firearm in most any state as long as you are not a convicted fellon.some states have laws on certain kinds of firearms you can own.lots of states have conceiled carry permits that are easily obtainable for a small fee and attending a firearms safety course consisting for a few hours.and getting fingerprinted by the fbi.the whole thing can be over in less than a day. then just wait for your license to arrive at local law in your area and they will call you on the land line to come pick up your license.sometimes they let you know by mail.then your in business.i figure why own a gun if you can't carry it and let it be a part of you.but remember its a great responsibility to be able to carry a firearm. good luck,hunter
