What Navy rates require a Secret clearance?
Clearances aren't granted by Navy rate - they're granted on a "need to know" basis, or the command that they serve under. For example, all Nuclear Submarine crews are required to have and maintain a Secret clearance, from the cooks to the CO.
Unless your particular assignment requires it, clearances aren't automatically granted. All personnel go through some type of Background Investigation based on their ultimate duty station, and some rates (for example, Crypto and Intel) of course require clearances by their very nature. However, it's their assignment that determines the level of clearance, not the rate. Even a Crypto tech whose assignment doesn't require it won't be granted a clearance.
"Need to Know" is the phrase for all clearances - if you don't need to know, you don't rate a clearance. It's been that way since WWII.

But now I need a Dutch riverbook, and that a bit different thing. Ease to get tho, same as "Monsterboekje" (dutch for seamensbook), riverbook is made in a seamen's registry; You have to have a valid medical examination, appropriate educational/coarse documents, and that's it... GQ is set for multiple reasons, to include preparing for battle, reacting to hostile forces, major equipment casualties when out to sea, or even just for training. When GQ is set, the Boatswain's Mate of the Watch will sound the GQ alarm, and then say the following:
"General Quarters, General Quarters. All hands man battlestations. Traffic pattern is up and forward starboard, down and aft port. Reason for General Quarters is..." at which point they'll tell the ship's crew the reason for GQ, in order for everyone to maintain situational awareness.
Does the UH-60 blackhawk fly in the U.S. Marines?
The UH-60 is indeed flown by the U.S. Marines and by all other branches of the service. It has a number of modified forms to adapt this platform to a variety of roles. It turns out that only an elite group of U.S. Marines currently fly the VH-60N Blackhawk. It is flown by the Nighthawks of U.S. Marines HMX-1 out of MCAF, Quantico, VA. And it's for transporting the President, the Vice President, Cabinet members and V.I.P.'s. It is a specialized application, and, oddly, the only one for the use of the Blackhawk by the USMC. Click on the link for more information. Semper Fi! Carry on.... In the Fleet Marine Force, which is the heart of the Marine Corps, they use the UH-1N Twin Huey, which is going to be upgraded to the UH-1Y Venom. The Marines also use the AH-1T Twin Cobra instead of the AH-64 Apache. In both cases, it's because of the rotor system. Hueys and Cobras both have two-blade main rotors, which make it very easy to put them close together on the deck of a carrier. Blackhawks and Apaches have four-blade mains, so they can't be shoved in tight without folding the blades. The VH-60 will be replaced when the EH-101 comes into the presidential fleet. Another troop carrier used by the Marines is the CH-53.

Why did JFK enter the US Navy when he had a troublesome back?
Kennedy's back wasn't that bad when he first joined the Navy during WWII. It was his injuries during the sinking of his boat PT-109 that really caused him problems later on, but it wasn't bad enough to get him discharged.
It's important to understand that during wartime, if you can fog a mirror, you're usually eligible for military service, and after Pearl Harbor drew the U.S. into WWII, few were disqualified. Only the most noted medical problems got you DQ'd, and you had to pretty much be dead to get a 4F classification.
How much crew does an aircraft carrier have?

Does any branch of the American military still wear BDUs or woodland cammies?
Depends on the branch of service and the location of the base. No BDU's in Iraq. All branches wear some type of BDU's depending on the circumstances. Desert camouflage, and Snow camouflage where appropiate or in training exercise.
The Battle Dress Uniform and Desert Combat Uniforms are still not expired in the Air Force, and are still worn. They tend to be particularly popular, as the ABU (Airman's Battle Uniform) has not yet been manufactured in the square weave "temperate" pattern.
Special operations units of the other branches may still wear the older M81 pattern uniforms as their mission requires it, though the new Multi-Cam uniforms are becoming the norm.
Navy Construction Battalion (Seabees) personnel still wear what might be the M81 woodland pattern uniform, but actually looked like the older ERDL pattern uniforms to me.
