Can you be fired because you take Valium when you need it?
Even if you have a valid prescription for Valium; some employers (esp those working with dangerous machinery) may legally prohibit the use by an employee of any intoxicating substance, for safety reasons. If you work a desk job however, no; you should not be fired for taking what has been prescribed to you, unless your job performance is impaired.
If you are taking prescription strength pain medicine, you should not take over the counter pain medicine on top of it unless your doctor says it will be OK. You can overdose on pain medicine ... and Advil brand of ibuprofen is hard on your stomach, which is why Celebrex is better (less stomach upset and stronger)
No. the half life of Valium is 3-5 days at most.
Can one be prescribed xanax without health insurance?
Well Yeah ... Anyone can be perscribe a medication.. insurance is just there to make it cheaper for the patient.. So lets say you don't have insurance... you would then pay the full amount for the prescription instead of a copay or 20% percent of the full price.

Valium can be prescribed by any doctor. In most cases this will be your family doctor, a psychiatrist, or a neurologist. It's used for insomnia, anxiety, pain relief and epilepsy.

How long will Valium be an impairment taken only once?
If you take a 10mg dose, after 8 hours; after 24 hours all effects will have dissipated.
Is it safe to take Valium and chantix at the same time?
Each person is different. Many factors must be taken into consideration before you can safely know the answer to this. Personally I do take these in combination and have no problem what so ever. Yet I do advise you ask your physician and be honest with regards to all other meds and health problems you may have. A pharmacist is also a great knowledge base that is free and is terribly un-utilized. Best wishes.
What time spanshould you take the Valium before your dental work?
About two hours. If you are driving, consult with your dentist. She may want you to come to the office early so that you will not have to drive under the influence of the Valium, or else have someone drive you.
How long does Valium stay in your system?
3 days. Although I strongly discourage its use unless under the most dire of medical circumstances.
Valium is very addictive. Untold numbers of patients and medical staff alike are addicted to Valium. Literally addicted to Valium and a few other drugs.
Benzodiazapines (such as Valium) can stay in the system for a longer period of time if the patient has been taking them for a long time. In chronic usage cases - Valium will be detectable for up to 30 days.
In only rare occurrences where the patient has taken only one or two doses will the Valium not be detectable in a few days...and again, that is very rare.
I took Valium for 4 weeks after back surgery....it showed up in a urine test 28 days after i stopped taking it.... I was taking 5mg 3x a day for 4 weeks
I have to disagree with the previous statement.... as far as pre-emploment drug-screening. Although I'm sure that all agencies use different screening assessments, if you happen to be as unlucky as I was, they used a 10 panel drug test, which detects EVERYTHING! Added to insult, if anything does show up, they further investigate to determine exact levels. Benzos will must certainly show up as well as several others! To get a complete listing on what they look for on a 10 panel, you can most certainly look that up. Some companies only will do a 5 panel which is much less thorough and invasive. I had to take the test before working at a hospital. My suggestion is to try and find out which test they will be using! Good luck
I took 8 Valium 10s over a two day period i have a drug test in four days will i be ok taking vitamins and drinking alot of water?
Will a 30 kg dog be ok after eating 20Mg of Valium?
Maybe - it would be best to notify your veterinarian of the accidental ingestion immediately. Your veterinarian can then tell you what to watch for to know if your dog is having a problem. There are other factors that influence whether a dog of a certain size will have a reaction to a certain dose of a drug, including age, health status, breed and any other medications or treatment he might be receiving.
