The first time I ran Spybot S&D, I was surprised to see that a couple of Microsoft programs, or at least sponsored or partnered with Microsoft, were classified as spyware by this software. This led me to the admittedly paranoid conclusion that, in all probability, Microsoft wants to give us free adware removers to clear the field for their own spyware.
