If you have AIM for Mac, which I do, you can go to the me section on the toolbar labeled with Buddies, Lifestream and ME. There should be text that says Buddy Lists That I'm on. Click on that, and it will list people, that are willing to share their buddy list, that have you on them. If this has to do with Windows, this may or may not be helpful.

First, you add them to your buddy list. Then, you wait for them to put a status message up. When their status message is posted, under your 'buddy list', you scroll over their name with your mouse and a little box will pop up giving their name and message. If they have you on their list, there will be a comment link highlighted for you to add a comment, much like facebook.

Also, you can go to your Lifestream and look there. There is a heart and a comment section under their status message. If you are ON their list, these will be highlighted and you will be able to like or comment them.

If you are NOT on their list, the like and comment will be greyed out and if you scroll over them, a little message will come up saying 'ask this person to add you to their friend list'

We can not do much about what is being said on other sites. Hopefully, if offensive remarks are being made there, the supervisors of those sites will take the time to correct this. Perhaps the answer is to have a look around WikiAnswers. You will find that creationists are warmly accepted here, and we try to give fair and objective answers to questions. Some Contributors will disagree with the creationist view, as is their right, but they will try to do so in an informative way without giving offence.

If by block email, you mean have spam filters, then yes. Most of the major email providers - like Yahoo, MSN and Gmail - have spam filters with preset filtering systems.

From what I have heard, cyber people can cyber-spy you on Yahoo mail. But there is a protection thing that stops them from spying on you, but apparently it is $20.

Yahoo Answers does not block you, it suspends your entire Yahoo Answers account. If you can answer, you can ask. So, the problem may be in your questions, not in Yahoo Answers blocking you. Here are a few reasons you might have trouble asking a question:

Questions are prescreened for certain words and/or phrases, to help spot violations. Flagged questions are held for staff review. So some questions may not post for hours - or may get violated by staff. Delayed questions will be off the front page, so will get very few answers.

If you are posting questions with links in them, this can delay the question posting or even cause it to not post. To get around this, post the question without the link first, then return to the question and use the PENCIL under it to put the link in the 'additional details' section.

Finally, if you post the exact same question multiple times, quickly, then this may trigger an 'antispam' filter that will cause them not to post. If you need to post a question more than once, wait a while between postings, and try rewording them each time so they are not exactly the same.
