No, sadly you can't. When you try and take a picture it says 'Connect your Xbox LIVE Vision camera'.

So, you have to have a Xbox LIVE Vision Camera to take pictures on your Xbox 360. I don't know why this is because it takes photos alight whilst playing a game.

Go to >My Computer. At the very bottom, it should show a picture of a video camera with 'USB Video Device #2'. Double click the picture and you should see the light for your webcam turn on and a live-feed video will appear. You can only take still photos from here.
