Best I can suggest is to see what the manufacturer recommends in the cars handbook.

All according to whether a rebuilt or new and if you do it or have someone else do it. If you do it yourself in the $100 to $150 range, some shop doing it probably $200 to $500. You should be glad that you don't have the SC400 because that starter is located under the intake manifold so the whole top of the engine has to be removed, in the $2000 range.

Drain plug is located bottom left of the radiator, directly beneath the coolant return hose.

If you look at the plastic stone tray underneath the car, there is a 3/4" hole for drainage.

This is a pretty complicated process, if you intend to replace the radio with an aftermarket one. The physical removal isn't too difficult (and involves removing the center console panels, including the one around the shift knob), but the connectors that Lexus uses in this car's audio system are proprietary and do not interface with typical aftermarket units.

I strongly recommend that you have this done by a respectable car audio shop. They will know what to do.

As you face the engine there is a large hose on the left (passenger's side) leading from the radiator to the water pump. Slide the compression clamp at the water pump down the radiator hose by squeezing the tabs with pliers. Remove the hose (catch and recycle the radiator fluid). Remove the two bolts holding the metal outlet (from which you just removed the radiator hose) onto the water pump. The thermostat is under the metal outlet.

It is because your shifter has not engaged in its place properly ( in park, P), therefore the ignition does not sense that it is in place and it wont let it turn and be pulled out.

Probably will have to change out the speedo.

There are several things that can cause your engine to misfire and the tachometer to not work properly. The most common cause is a malfunctioning vacuum hose.

There is a cosmetic panel on the back panel of the trunk. If you remove that, there are 4 bolts on each side, and the tail lights pop out. You cannot get to the bulbs from inside the trunk, they must be removed.

Ask the dealer for a diagram at parts desk or go to public library and look it it up. They have vacuum and electrical diagram manuals there.

Try E-bay, junk yard, Lexus forums parts for sale, and lastly the dealership but expect to pay dearly if they have one.

There are 3 bolts 1- on top of the headlight right when you open the hood. the other 2- (10mm) is locate right in front of the wheel underneath the wheel well slash guard. Once all bolts are remove. You can start gentle prying the light out starting from the inside.

If I remember correctly, in the trunk under the CD changer

Door and rear speakers are 4".
