How to Find an Easy Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe?
Everyone loves cookies. Perhaps the most famous cookie of all is the chocolate chip cookie. Here is a real easy recipe to use to make your own chocolate chip cookies from scratch.
First, you’ll want to gather your ingredients. These will include one cup of sugar, a third a cup of brown sugar, a half a tablespoon of salt, two farm fresh eggs, one cup of butter, two and a fourth cups of flour, one tablespoon of baking soda, one tablespoon of vanilla, two tablespoons of milk, and at least two cups of chocolate chips.
Next, preheat your oven to 340 degrees Fahrenheit. Now, get a mixing bowl. Add in the butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. If you want thick, chewy cookies use sugar with a coarse texture. For not so chewy cookies, use sugar with a finer texture. If you want crispy cookies, use powdered sugar without corn starch. After you have added all these ingredients together, mix and blend them until you get a uniform creamy texture.
Into this creamy mixture, you should add the baking soda, flour, and salt. Now you will need to mix and blend the mixture again. Do so until you again get a uniform texture. Add in the milk and blend some more to produce your cookie dough. Once you have your dough, you can add in your chocolate chips. Mix the chocolate chips into the dough until you have a rather consistent level of chocolate chips through out the dough.
Next, get a standard baking pan. Spray it with cooking spray. This way the cookies will not stick to the pan during baking. Now, take your dough and separate it into the number of cookies you want to bake. Do this by rolling the dough into balls. Next, place the balls of dough onto the pan with a decent amount of space in between each ball. Take a spatula and use it to flatten each ball of dough on the pan.
Take the pan of flattened cookie dough and place it on the middle rack of your preheated oven. Let the cookies bake for exactly ten minutes. After ten minutes, remove the cookies and then let them rest for fifteen minutes. The last step is to enjoy you delicious chocolate chip cookies.

What effects of eating chocolate before going to bed?
All the sugar wears you out . It gets you all excited then you feel worse than before, like an energy drink. They have lots of sugar also.
-----
While sugar (and carbs in general) usually get a bad rep, they are not as bad as they are made out to be. The sugar does not "wear you out," instead, something more profound (biochemically) is happening in your body.
When you eat carbs (especially simple sugars like our common sucrose), an amino acid called tryptophan is taken in by the brain in increased amounts. When this happens, you feel sleepy. Tryptophan is the stuff that turkey is notorious for when it comes to making you sleepy.

Sugar may have the above effects but I also think caffeine is a big part of it. I have made myself acutely depressed by overdosing on tea and come out of it by laying off it. I have learned I cannot even tolerate 1 cup of decaf coffee a day on a sustained basis without getting depressed after a week or so. There seems to be some kind of delayed rebound effect. I believe this is independent of sugar because if I eat one chocolate chip cookie after dinner regularly (not choc batter, just choc chips) I will have this effect. The meal should stabilize my blood sugar, so it shouldn't be the sugar. And the effect is not immediate. In the middle of the day is when I get sleepy, and the effect is not produced on a single dose of chocolate. Very small doses accumulate to cause it. Similarly, as I am allergic to milk, I make myself hot chocolate with soy milk, pure cocoa, and artificial sweetener. No sugar there unless you count the soy milk. Regular consumption of that makes me sleepy. Again the chocolate seems to be the culprit.
When I lay off ALL chocolate consistently, I do not get sleepy during the day.
On a side note, when I was nursing I had plenty of milk until I started drinking one Coke a day. My milk supply became inadequate. Quit the Coke and the milk flooded back. Caffeine is a diuretic and robs you of the fluids you need to make milk.
