If it's in someones album, you can't delete it yourself. You have to ask them to take it down for you. You can however, remove the tag of yourself from the picture. This will prevent you from showing up in it.

I would say Facebook, since you can see friends of your friends. It's an easy way to meet people and also it seems safer. If you meet a friend of a friend then you know their a legit and are who they say they are. Also your friend can tell you if their a cool person or not.

Maybe by re-installing the internet program.

Go to your profile page. In the activity feed, just under the Update Status box, locate the status that you want to delete. Put your mouse over it, but don't click. to the right of it, a lil Edit will appear, along with a little box that looks like a pencil. Click on that box. There's no set way to do this. However, if you know that someone was definitely following you, go to their profile and if the "message" option isn't available, they have either unfollowed you or blocked you.
