If he is your friend and you are his, just ask him. If he isn't making a move on you, it shouldn't be a problem. If he says that he is, he is the exact same person he has always been.
sometimes you really can't tell. but does he love shopping, have a high pitched voice, or like girly things? does he even look at hot girls or does he more often look at hot guys? check those signs

If he wants to start the relationship again, then he will call or write--the usual things. However, it is a statistical "fact" that, if you broke up once over an issue, you will break up again.

i know how u feel just start off as being friends with him and get to know each other. then start flirting around him and see if his "other relationship" lasts if it does then just let me know.

Make that girl look like an extreme idiot without looking like you are doing it. Don't push yourself on the guy. or befriend her then move in for the kill! You could do to that girl what you would want her to do to you and not push yourself on HER boyfriend. You could get a different boyfriend or wait until they break up. Ruining other people's relationships is not nice. Just get the guy to notice you. It's not easy to do but whatever works just try it. And get the girl out of the way so you can make your move.

In an email to a girl you just met. . .be casual. Just ask how she's doing, the weather,sports, friends, school(maybe), you can talk about anything. I talk to my guyfriends about alot of stupid stuff. Lyk what if our big toe could cry, or why are strangers so strange, or we evn talk about wat if the earth was a cube.

By not arguing, its as hard and as simple as that.

Well first it depends on teh gender. If it's a female and you're a male trying to figure out than she will start dressing different, and trying to become better friends with you. If you are a female (what I suspect you are) than he may start treating you differently, nicer or meaner (depending on how he is) and depending on how confident this guy is he may start avoiding you or feeling uncomfortable around you. If he seems very confident and he starts showing different feelings for you than that's when you want to say "hey want to see a movie?" he might say yes or he might even say "like a date?" and you can say (depending on the tone of likea date?) then you can say yes or no just like a friends thing which wil eventually lead to a date.

Just tell her you like her smile, she will obviously Smile. But, If she likes you, you won't need to make her smile, she will just naturally smile whenever she looks at you.

Simple say something nice do something nice and then be funny and smile.

Well, you tell them. It may be hard, but you have to. I know that if my friends lied to me I would want them to tell me the truth about it afterwards. Usually, if a guy gives you abnormal contact with you (ex: hugging, arm around you, ect) he wants to get close to you. Most of the time this means it is flirting. Next time he does it see if his face is close to yours. That's a big indicator thy he is flirting with you.

yes, i do think that boys and girls can be friends as long as you are aware of what you say to him, because he could get the wrong message. I'm friends with boys and trust me they keep secrets better than my girl friends do! All girls should have at least one or two good boy friends. they don't have to get serious with each other, but they could be just great friends that share lots with each other!

Moms are very annoying, but they nag because they want to be on you so you know what to do and whats right. I dont think they should treat us the ways that they do. I wouldn't want to do to my kids for what my mom does. (nothing bad)

You could say, "Grow up," or "And insulting me makes you feel special, how?" or you could just roll your eyes, give him (or her) a disgusted look and walk away.

Myself I usually say "Did you intend to be hurtful or just insensitive?" Then I walk away. It is no use trying to teach manners or even acceptable behaviour to people like that.

When people say something deliberately mean and hurtful for no good reason, this is what I tell them . " Only people I love or respect have the power to hurt me, and you are not on either list." . Even the most insensitive dullards get the message.

Of course it's not wrong. If you weren't friends with your best friend and met her brother then there would be no difference. Unfortunately, depending on your age (if you are in your teens to early 20s) your friend may have a problem with you liking her brother only because sisters look on their brothers in a different way. Example: "Yuk! You like my brother! He's a creep!" Most sisters and brothers go through this. She won't see what you see. On the other hand, she may be happy if the both of your dated. Remember, there is nothing wrong at all liking your best friend's brother. When I was younger I too cared about one of my girlfriend's brothers, but unfortunately, I was far too young and he hardly noticed I was around. Theres absolutely nothing wrong with liking you best friends brother! If fact I am in LOVE with my best friends brother, she knows I like him. I am just to scared to tell him that I love him. We have so much fun together we laugh all the time when we are together. I think a little part of him knows that I like him but we are both extremely shy so we dont really say what we are thinkin, in fact the only time we dont feel shy is when we are together. i like my best friends brother allot but he is a year younger then me but its the same storie with the storie before me he like me and i like him allot but we r to shy to tell each other but my best friends like always joking that i do like him but i always say no i don't because i don't want her to know but i play with him at recess all the time like every day because he is so nice to me

it could make your relationship diffrent but if you are a teen and you want them to be in your life later odds are you wont get married and when you broke up you couldn't be good friends with them. but if they ask you out and you say no that could get your relationship messed up too so it is all up to you.
