No. I don't think you shouldn't because if you do , she will feel that you are insecure, she will feel that being that your are jealous you might go off for little things that don't mean nothing. If she knows you are the jealous type, it will make her feel that your really in love with her, but its not a good vibe, if you might see her talking to another guy, how would you react? She wouldn't appreciate an unecessary scene and she will feel uncomfortable about your jealousy.

First, think of reasons of how you can overcome your jealousy. If she's your friend, then you probably really shouldn't because it would just cause a scene there. If it's someone who you don't know very well, just keep it to yourself. There are so many ways to overcome jealousy...even writing, or singing about it. If she's a girlfriend...and she's talking to other guys, I wouldn't say end the relationship, but find a way to figure your problems out without yelling or violence.

Try adopting a positive attitude.

Remember, people's opinions of others tend to set if they've seen you in one way for a long time, and it could take time to make them see you in a different way.

This is just am opinion, but I think you should take charge. I read that like 80% of guys want the girl to make the first move. Follow your heart if this doesn't help or work.

It is not advisable to bet on someone. Let people to be themselves and express themselves accordingly.

Whenever we speak to someone, we adapt our language style to the situation, or to the context. For example, I do not speak to my boss the way I speak to my husband. I do not use a casual or conversational tone when I am giving a speech at a professional conference, but I absolutely do speak in slang and colloquialism when I am with my friends. I speak differently (use a different tone) if I am having a debate, versus if I am hanging with my friends and we are just chatting about whatever.
