You should start out by saying hi then talk about stuff he likes.

Don't make her feel like an object by complimenting her breast or butt when you are trying to get to know her. You need to let her know you are actually interested in her as a person while still keeping it casual. Don't lay it on too thick either, otherwise you won't look very sincere. Just wait for the right opportunity to come along. If she has a pretty good response in class one day you could tell her something along the lines of, 'Hey, that was quick thinking earlier when you ___. You seem to have a knack for that.'
