Also most mammals are not very fond of water. Most reptiles swim but there are a few exceptions in snakes and tortoises. Chickens can swim! (I bet on it) Tortoises (not all of them) do not, they are too heavy and too slow to swim but i know for sure that they simply hold their breath and walk on the bottom of body of water. Mine was doing it by himself and seemed to enjoy it :) I think that most animals can swim, not all of them are good at it, or enjoy it. Cats also can swim! (they might not like it, but they swim) For some of them it comes naturally, some have to actually learn it from their parents or care takers (even big cats like lions).

Bring the temperature down to about 60' over time. Do not do it suddenly because it may kill your fish. Bring it down 2' every day until it gets to 60'.Then slowly bring it back up. This gives the fish the feeling it is summer which is when they breed. The fish will lay the eggs and the male will fertilize them. Then they try to eat all the eggs they can so you may want to take the fish out of the tank with eggs. After the eggs hatch they are safe and wont get eaten. Baby fish usually eat Brine Shrimp but there are other things you can feed them.

A gold fish can not get pregnant but the female is probably carrying eggs so you can do 2 things. #1 you can put the female with the male and he will fertilize the eggs, (but reomove them from the pond/tank cause the parents will eat them) you can have baby goldfish. #2 you can not put the female with the male and she will lay the eggs but they will not get fertilized so no baby fish. Oh and maybe your gold fish is fat that is also a possibility

They don't die, they just go endangered/extinct because sooooo many fishes are getting fished.

Over harvesting is the main con of the commercial trade!I have worked both sides and have seen some very greedy deeds mainly by the commercial fishing side. Overharvesting! Use of faulty or improper equipment! To much by catch! More than their fair share of over all catch ratio! Greed!

after five days you will find small comet fish.don't clean the water or introduce new species to the tank because sudden change in water can kill the and new species will have tension of eating the small fish. feed them regularly.if you have filters or other equipments which suck the water tun them off they can suck up the small fish.look after them carefully till the are 6-5weeks old.
