You might be a bit confused about the Vikings in Ireland. The Vikings came in their longships from the late 700's initially just for raids along coastal areas where they raided monasteries and other places that promised riches, then they would return home with their plunder after the summer, just in time for the harvest as they were farmers. They started setting in Ireland from around 850 in the Dublin region. Once settled, they drove attacks further inland and up rivers. They were at war with local chieftains, but there was also a lot of trade and eventually people started to respect them in the sense that they held a lot of wealth and valuable knowledge. County Clare, which I assume you are talking about here, was not by any means the main area of Viking presence in Ireland. I am not aware of any places in particular in County Clare that would have been raided by Vikings.

The Vikings did not invade as such. They raided meaning they came and went. Later they settled, mostly around the East coast, Dublin and Waterford are Viking towns.

The views of Skellig Michael in the Star Wars movie made many curious about the monks that lived in Ireland. Skellig Michael is in County Kerry about eight miles off the coast. It is 714 feet high. But there are other sites where monks once lived.

Find any good Irish club or Irish pub and you may be able to watch it there, or someone there will be able to tell you where you could see it. Go in sometime between now and the final and find out. You could also get in contact with the local GAA and people there would know. There are lots of GAA clubs around the US, particularly in the larger cities that have Irish communities. Go to the North American GAA site that I have put below and you can find out what the nearest one to you is. Another option is to go to the RTE website, as they will have coverage of it too.
